Weekly Programs

Our weekly programs are built to meet each individuals goals. Every player learns differently and at ESP we work to create a successful learning environment for each player. We begin with assessing each players skill level and create a program to build upon. Working through our week to week, four or eight week program we are dedicated to seeing improvements and getting the player to the level they desire.
